Keisuke’s AE86 @ Mercer

There’s an unusual amount of colour on here at the moment so I hope to rectify that with a film photo of Keisuke’s beater notch 86.
Jason’s Tureno, Meremere September 2011

Brad sure knows how to make an 86 look good! Jason’s a lucky dude. Pity the blue top didn’t survive the day
I’ve just done a bunch of developing from the CMRR Classic TT motorcycle event this weekend and should have some photos to show soon. A few miscellaneous drifting photos for now though.

DORI – 86DAY
August 23, 2011

This panda notch was parked up with the S Club crew, hiding away from the wind. If I recall correctly this was once Teeboon’s, before that it was Brad’s and I wonder what it got up to in it’s time before that. It’s pretty cool to see a car kept in a similar state and still within the group, not parted out and turned into some troll’s internet prize.

Adam – 86Day Taupo
August 14, 2011

Adam shows off the Corolla’s Billspeer lock with a big feint entry into turn one. What’s awesome about this photo is that you’d usually expect it to be a spin photo due to being a corolla but in fact most of the entries looked like this and were carried well into the switch

Keeping close to the inside of the corner for the beginning of the weight transfer

I must have taken a good 30 photos of the Starsharks at counter angle, the twin star shape looks so cool with a slow shutter speed and it really shows how much the wheel sits forward in the guard.

This last photo is of Mark in Craig’s (his dad) SR20DET Levin chasing Adam into the entry. Although the SR has much more power, the wet meant the chase was a little more even. I think Mark went a bit to deep into the entry on this one but two red Toyotas in chase is to good not to post.
